A structured abstract must be a brief and comprehensive summary so that readers quickly find out what the article is about. An abstract summarizes the main aspects of a paper. It should succinctly summarize the background, purpose of the paper, methods used, main results, and conclusions..

Journal of Social Science and Multidisciplinary Analysis (Jossama) is a journal that publishes scientific articles in the field of finance, economics, and business. Journal of Social Science and Multidisciplinary Analysis (Jossama) is published twice a year in May and November online. All processes at JOSSAMA use the Online Journal System (OJS). Articles sent to JOSSAMA will be reviewed. The contents of the submitted manuscript use English. (Calibri, 12pt, single spacing, justify)
Authors have a responsibility to submit quality articles and the work must comply with our editorial policies. Individuals who are directly responsible for manuscripts are listed as authors. Meanwhile, those who contribute but do not meet the criteria for authorship can be listed in the Acknowledgments section.
Our Editors and Team work hard to ensure that the published content does not violate ethics. To help achieve this goal, we strictly adhere to publication ethics. We encourage authors to avoid publishing ethics issues. Some of the most common publication ethics include that the manuscript must be original, has never been published or is being submitted to another journal, there is no conflict of interest, and the submitted work does not infringe existing copyrights.
Article files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Articles submitted must contain a minimum of 2,500 (Two thousand five hundred) words or a maximum of 30 pages. The composition of contents of the article is written according to the rules of scientific writing. In general, writing in this journal must contain an introduction, literature review, methods, results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions, and references.
The introduction should outline the purpose of the research, as well as explain why the topic is important, and interesting and its contribution to knowledge. The introduction can be started with a statement of research objectives as a good starting point. The author must explain the research background, the issues highlighted (accompanied by the problem statement), and explain what made the author decide to research this topic/write an article.
2. LITERATURE REVIEW – Heading 1 (Calibri, 12pt, Bold, Align Left, CAPITAL LETTTER)
The writing of the literature review section can be adapted to the research being conducted. However, several sections that often appear in literature reviews include theoretical studies, previous research, conceptual frameworks and hypotheses. This section of the literature review will outline the conceptual and theoretical foundations. Furthermore, the author can cite relevant previous research. The writer also needs to describe the conceptual framework of the research. If necessary, the writer can write down the research hypothesis. (Calibri, 12pt, single spacing, justify)

In writing research manuscripts for this journal, authors can use up to heading 3 to detail the contents of the manuscript. Heading 2 can be used for Sub Chapters. In writing research manuscripts for this journal, authors can use up to heading 3 to detail the contents of the manuscript. Heading 3 can be used for sub of sub-chapters. 3. RESEARCH METHOD – Heading 1 (Calibri, 12pt, Bold, Align Left, CAPITAL LETTER)
This research method section looks at how the author conducts research. What methods and techniques are to be used to investigate the problem, and how is the research designed. For the purposes of verifying results, editors and reviewers have the right to request raw data used by the authors. (CALIBRI, 12PT, single spacing, justify)
4. RESULT AND DISCUSSION – Heading 1 (Calibri, 12pt, Bold, Align Left, CAPITAL LETTER)
In this section, focus on the essentials, the main facts, and matters of broader significance. Statistical results can be displayed, but don't overly explain the details of each statistical result in your research. Tell a result and explain it in the most logical order. What really significant facts emerged? For example, findings that have further understanding in the field, which are different from previous findings, and unexpected results.
Consider presenting key facts in tables or graphs or using pictures to explain the author's findings. This section on the results might include a discussion of the importance of the authors' findings. This section should explore the significance of the research results, not repeat them. In order to edit the manuscript, the manuscript must be made in an editable format. The editor can request all parts of the manuscript (including tables, figures and mathematical equations) including requesting data used in images, tables and data processing for editing and confirmation of study results.

This section can be made in the form of two sub-sections consisting of conclusions and suggestions. (CALIBRI, 12PT, single spacing, justify)
- Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the contents of the manuscript. State the main argument and give a conclusion. The main conclusions of the research can be presented briefly, which can be made in the form of paragraphs or made in the form of several points. (CALIBRI, 12PT, single spacing, justify)
- Suggestion
Research suggestions can be presented briefly, which can be made in the form of paragraphs or made in the form of several points. Advice should be given concisely and clearly. What are the main recommendations given to various parties. Give briefly how the research findings can be applied in practice. Explain what the implications are for further research and convey the extent to which the original research questions have been answered. As well as highlight the limitations of your research. REFERENCE – Heading 1 (Calibri, 12pt, Bold, Align Left, CAPITAL LETTER)
The bibliography must contain at least 20 references. As much as 80% of references come from scientific journals. The literature used prioritizes those published in the last 10 years. References from international journals are preferred. References must include at least 5 international journals. The arrangement of reference order is adjusted according to alphabetical order with the APA (American Psychological Association) format.
